May Love Letter - 12 min FREE Mindful Practice

As everything that comes into the world, also leaves it. The seasons come and go, so does night and day, sun and rain, health and wealth, war and peace.

That’s why I love Yoga and Mindfulness. It help us to understand this; to appreciate the good, the enjoyable and happy times, knowing it will not last.

The chocolate meditation it’s a good way to experience the passing of pleasure. Place a piece of chocolate into your mouth and as it slowly melts away, be aware of, appreciate and enjoy its texture and flavours.

Maybe keep in mind this practice as we venture into this weekend.

(use chocolate or cake or any food or drink. Or even the ritual of setting the table can have the same effect. Savour every moment)
