Trikonasana / Triangle Pose it's a such a great asana and movement which has a lot of benefits but also contraindications.

What is important is alignment and knowing / feeling when the body says "Stop - This feels enough".


What I like about talking and doing each individual video for each posture it's the mindful aspect of it. Helps you to love the practice and each movement of your body.


So pay attention, be mindful and gentle with yourself. Feel the body and allow the breath to flow in and out with ease.. If the breath becomes too shallow or strained come out of it a little and see if you can find ease.
