About the class
Corina's approach to yoga is focused on accessibility, awareness, therapeutic movement and steadiness, The day to day activities that the majority of us do, are continuously taking us away from our bodies making us unaware, stressed or energy depleted.
The classes are designed to bring a little bit more awareness, ease of being, love, fun and care towards ourselves and bodies by taking care of the mind with the support of the breath.
