About  the class

Corina's approach to yoga is focused on accessibility, awareness, therapeutic movement and steadiness, The day to day activities that the majority of us do, are continuously taking us away from our bodies making us unaware, stressed or energy depleted.

The classes are designed to bring a little bit more awareness, ease of being, love, fun and care towards ourselves and bodies by taking care of the mind with the support of the breath.

Wind Down Yoga at Chorlton Health Hub

every Wednesday from 20:00 - 21:00

There is an option to book this class as a 6 week block booking from Wednesday 4th of January

until 8th of February inclusive (choose the plan at checkout). This will help to create a continuous and part of lifestyle practice.
